Survey Instructions
To participate in the NSIA, first create your account by visiting the Create Account page. Please be sure to use a valid personal email address (e.g., Gmail) and NOT your work email address to create your NSIA account. This study is longitudinal and by submitting your personal email, we will be able to measure changes over time in the event that your institutional e-mail changes or you move to a different institution. It will also facilitate access to reports and future information that may be helpful to you for career planning and direction. We will not share or sell any of your e-mail addresses with other individuals or entities outside the scope of NSIA.
Once your account is created, a verification email will be sent to the address you provided.
Please then log in to the email you used to create your account and click on the link provided in order to continue to the survey. You will then be redirected to begin the survey by submitting the Access Token provided in the initial email to your work address.
If you have already created an account, you can log in at the Login page.
